• Hriday Rao is a Homo-Sapien with a makeshift, comical brain trained to lead the way yet also follow instructions, break boxes and rebuild ideas with sense and creativity. He understands discipline of restraint and power of expression – knowing when to listen, when to execute and when to lead with creative intensity. He is not just imaginative but highly practical, aware that creativity alone does not survive this industry. Along side ideas, he is building resilience, discipline and critical thinking.
• This multi-disciplinary sapein is mastering Cinematography, Direction, Acting, Voice Acting, Editing, Sets & Props Designing, 2d Animation at Pune Film Institute.  He once questioned film schools once but his desire to work with unknown humans within a creative ecosystem begins here, He seeks to build or join a group that grows together making films – aware of conflicts, hierarchies, creative friction, he is willing to engage with them in pursuit of better work.    
• He has already envisioned himself as an excellent, successful Animator Director Writer. But for now he is just some Red Raincoat guy driven by a thirst for understanding. He is just a Red Raincoat guy working everyday, preparing to become the Great Director HRIDAY RAO.
